Mission of the Position

Manage the tactical execution of the global PR and communications strategy. This role is responsible for driving the lifecycle of PR tools, coordinating international media requests, and supporting local and international event planning. You will act as the primary liaison for regional PR offices and agencies to ensure brand alignment, qualitative coverage, and seamless logistics and activation implementations across all markets.


Description of Responsibilities


Sample & Showroom Management

  • Support all regional and international PR Teams with editorial requests, to facilitate high-priority placements.
  • Oversee sample tracking and maintenance at Camper stockroom and all regions and agencies.
  • Coordinate the organization of the regional and international PR showrooms and Camper HQ stockroom, including regular stocktakes and inventory audits.
  • Co-manage press sample orders through SAP, reviewing product selections and organizing timely delivery to international markets.
  • Oversee the seasonal gifting and seeding processes, from initial product ordering to final distribution.

Editorial, Events & Analytics

  • Manage the editorial contacts database.
  • Lead the compilation of comprehensive editorial reports and the maintenance of global archives.
  • Analyze seasonal KPIs and coordinate weekly status updates with PR Teams.
  • Provide logistical and on-site support for special events, shop openings, press days, and seasonal shows, including press travels.
  • Manage the PR sample orders and invoice processing and oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks of PR interns.
  • Work alongside the Press Manager and Head of Comms to pitch articles and secure strategic product placements in key publications.

Tools & Content Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Photo and Content teams to produce press releases, press kits, and communication tools.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the international PR network, ensuring all agencies have the necessary assets and technical specifications.
  • Manage the digital press room (Google Drive) and archive all global magazine appearances and press materials.
  • Manage the global schedule for advertising materials and technical specifications.



Requirements for the position

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar press or communications role (Agency or In-house).
  • Exceptional writing skills and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
  • A sound understanding of the global media landscape and the fashion retail environment.
  • Attention to detail while maintaining multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Direct experience with Launchmetrics, Lefty, DHL shipping, and SAP is highly preferred.

  • Ability to work as a team and interact with diverse stakeholders.
