Sales and Marketing Intern en Barcelona

Job Description

The Marketing and Project Management intern will work closely with the Country Manager to support market growth projects. A successful applicant will have a keen eye for detail, an acute business sense and be an innate problem solver. You will have a proven track record of identifying opportunity by reading the “big picture” and distilling the concepts down to the fundamental principles.

• Work closely with the local teams to support the attainment of Sales and Delivery goals
• Conduct analysis and benchmarking on business opportunities relying on data sources and delivering results to the Country Manager and the Regional Director
• Carry out scouting and analysis of sites for sales and marketing projects
• Lifecycle management of special sales and marketing projects that drive C-Sat and increase sales

• Effectively support the sales leadership in ad-hoc day to day activities including:
  • Deliver reports on sales and marketing performance
  • Prepare minutes and write-ups at weekly meetings
  • Managing the agenda, supporting meetings, appointments and support to organize internal meetings and business trips
  • Preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations
  • Assistance in translation of documents between English and Spanish
  • Updating databases and presentations
  • Manage expense reports and business suppliers
• Flexibility to support other key teams on an ad-hoc basis

Required Studies

Business Administration Studies, Bachelor degree, Business school or University or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
