  • Pricing fundamentals: basic understanding of valuation concepts, curves, discounting, and volatility
  • Market data: exposure to curves, fixings, or market data setup/validation
  • Trade lifecycle: familiarity with trade booking, lifecycle events, and FO workflows (e.g., eTradepad is a plus)
  • Technical skills: working knowledge of SQL; basic Unix/Linux; exposure to Python or scripting is beneficial
  • Testing & support: experience contributing to testing, UAT, and issue investigation
  • Communication: able to work with business users and technical teams, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
  • Nice to have: exposure to Datamart/reporting, integrations (MxML/APIs), or upgrade/migration projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the configuration and delivery of MX.3 FO solutions in line with business requirements
  • Assist in pricing setup, including instruments, pricing configurations, and model inputs
  • Help configure and validate market data such as curves, fixings, and volatility surfaces
  • Support trade capture workflows, including booking, amendments, and lifecycle events
  • Assist in pricing, risk, and P&L analysis across environments and help investigate discrepancies
  • Contribute to BAU support by troubleshooting issues and working with senior team members to resolve them
  • Support testing activities (SIT/UAT), including test case preparation and defect tracking
  • Maintain documentation such as configuration notes, test cases, and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with FO, Risk, Product Control, and Technology teams to support ongoing enhancements
