About the Role:

At NTT DATA we are looking for professionals specialized in: TPRM Lifecycle Coordinator/ Junior to join an international project of great relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end Third-Party Risk Management lifecycle, from vendor onboarding to offboarding and continuous monitoring
• Coordinate and conduct risk assessments, due diligence checks, and third-party reviews
• Maintain and update TPRM tools, documentation, and risk databases
• Monitor compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001)
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Legal, IT Security, Data privacy and Compliance
• Track certifications, assessments, deadlines, and remediation activities
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, automation, and overall TPRM maturity

Key Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Business, Law, IT, Risk, Compliance or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Initial work experience or internships in relevant fields (e.g. Vendor Management, Compliance, Risk Analysis, Security)
• Strong interest in Third Party Risk Management, information security, and regulatory landscapes
• Attention to details as well as structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with TPRM or GRC tools is an advantage
