Analytics Manager will be responsible for the critical management of the HR Analytics and Data Reporting capabilities. We are looking for a creative thinker and doer who will build and drive innovative strategies to improve quality candidate generation through vendor tools, recruiting technology solutions, and other platforms such as social media, mobile, digital, etc. The ideal candidate will be a smart and energetic addition to our team helping to execute a candidate sourcing strategy across a technically, generationally, and geographically diverse workforce. You will act as a partner with our delivery organizations, customers, and leaders by performing strategic research and data-driven sourcing activities while playing an essential role in tracking industry events, technology trends, and changes within the employment landscape which may impact existing best practices.
Specific responsibilities include:
Provides management support to the Human Resource
function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive
analytics.
Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and
use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or
programs.
Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide
people and other cross-functional data as needed.
Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard
management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data
sets, reports, and metrics.
Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics.
Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning
and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance) to promote
data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and
operational performance and insight.
Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys
supporting the HR function.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 7+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience; OR a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 9+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience.
Data Scientist and business analytics experience
Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Excel experience.
Experience managing, mentoring, and developing talent.
Desired Qualifications:
HRIS Systems Experience a plus (Taleo, Peoplesoft), Oracle Enterprise BI suite a plus.
Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and good communication skills.Hyperion/EPM, SQL, Tableau, and OBIEE.MS SharePoint.
