Payroll Support Iberia (Temporal) en Madrid

El titular reportará y desarrollará sus funciones junto al Payroll manager Iberia, durante el periodo de la cobertura de maternidad.

Funciones:
- Garantizar y dar seguimiento al proceso de cierre nóminas mensuales España y Portugal.
- Soporte/ resolución de incidencias tiendas España y Portugal.
- Coordinación casos /resolución temas con tiendas y Meta4.
- Seguimiento Seguridad social, cotizaciones, pagos, deudas generadas y gestión a través de autorizado.
- Tramitación embargos España y Portugal
- Generación / análisis informes.
- Coordinación información y seguimiento encuestas Ine.

Requerimientos:
• 1-2 años de experiencia.
• Licenciado / Diplomado Económicas, Relaciones laborales, Derecho.
• Deseable conocimiento y manejo sistema Meta4 (Peoplenet).
• Conocimientos Excel nivel usuario.
• Experiencia procesos de nómina, comunicaciones Seg-social,contrat@,Delta.
• Imprescindible conocimientos de inglés.
• Valorable conocimientos de portugués.
• Jornada completa Lunes – Viernes.
