Client Case Manager (Part-time, 25h/week) – Málaga

Quicknienumber is a fast-growing company helping clients across Europe with administrative processes in Spain. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Client Case Manager based in Málaga or surrounding areas.

About the role:

• In this role, you will manage client cases and attend physical appointments
• You will represent our company on location and ensure a smooth and professional experience for our clients

Responsibilities:

• Handling client cases from start to finish
• Attending appointments on location
• Communicating with clients in a clear and professional way
• Supporting administrative processes

Profile:

• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
• Good level of English (minimum B1)
• Based in Málaga or nearby
• In possession of a valid driver’s license
• Independent, reliable and client-focused
• Strong communication skills

What we offer:

• Part-time position (25 hours per week) Gross monthly salary of €1,200
• Working days Monday to Friday
• Working hours mainly in the morning (approx. 09:00 – 14:00)
• Competitive salary based on experience
