The part you’ll play

You will join us in our Puerto Banus store as a Full-Time Client Advisor, reporting directly to the Store Management, for the SS2026 season, from June through the end of September.


  • Transform each client experience into magical moments by crafting personalised experiences that make clients feel confident and energised.
  • Build authentic, long-term bonds with clients, ensuring they feel the experience is truly tailored to them.
  • Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations, acting always with the client’s experience at heart.
  • Master storytelling and the art of engaging questioning to connect meaningfully with clients.
  • Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.


What you’ll bring


  • A caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
  • Courage to share ideas and innovate, with a willingness to grow and learn.
  • Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential; knowledge of an additional language such as Arabic or French is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the fashion/luxury retail will be considered a plus
  • Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to collective success.
