Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the Customer Success team in ensuring that every customer interaction with Gaudir Swim is smooth, positive, and aligned with our brand values.
You will gain hands-on experience in customer experience, e-commerce operations, and brand communication while working closely with different teams within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media.
- Support the resolution of customer issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and product information.
- Ensure a friendly, professional, and brand-aligned tone in all customer communications.
- Help monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain and update customer information in internal systems and tools.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Assist in tracking customer satisfaction and reporting insights to the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a startup environment.
- Interest in e-commerce, fashion, or consumer brands is a plus.
Location & Working Conditions
Location: Madrid Office (Alcobendas)
⏰ Schedule: Part-time with a flexible working schedule
Work Model: On-site / Hybrid, depending on team needs
Language: You have a high level of English (C1), allowing you to communicate effectively in an international environment.
