We are looking for a German Senior Creative Copywriter to join one of the world’s leading professional services firms. This is a full-time, long-term freelance mission within a highly innovative and collaborative environment. If you excel at defining brand voices and translating complex strategic concepts into compelling narratives for the DACH market, this is your place.

The Challenge

As a Senior Creative Copywriter, you will be the guardian of messaging frameworks and lead copy concepts for both English and German campaigns. You won't just write; you will define the Tone of Voice for global brands, ensuring cultural relevance and emotional impact. A critical part of your role involves mentoring junior writers and performing high-level quality assurance to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptual Leadership: Develop lead copy concepts and messaging frameworks for major global campaigns.
• Tone of Voice Definition: Establish and adapt brand voices for different platforms, with a strong focus on social media.
• Creative Translation: Adapt global assets for the local German market, ensuring they resonate culturally while staying true to the brand’s core.
• QA & Editorial: Review, edit, and provide feedback on copy from junior team members to guarantee excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Art Direction, Strategy, and Account Management teams.
• Client Advisory: Present and defend creative concepts directly to key stakeholders when necessary.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Language Mastery: German speaker with excellent command of English.
• Proven Experience: Senior-level background in developing messaging frameworks and leading copy concepts.
• Creative Agility: Ability to translate strategic requirements into persuasive narratives across short and long-form content.
• Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of digital tonalities and how to create "thumb-stopping" content.
• Quality Excellence: Strong editorial skills and a meticulous eye for detail in QA processes.

Nice-to-Have

• Presentation Skills: Experience pitching and justifying creative work to corporate clients.
• Tech Affinity: Familiarity with Marketing Automation platforms or CMS.
• Agency Background: Previous experience in a high-paced international agency or a global corporate environment.
