About the Role

One of our clients, a pioneer in oncology with a differentiated product in its category, is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in onco-hematology, with a focus on multiple myeloma, to cover a specific territory in Spain. This is an urgent need to support mid-size regional hospitals and optimize patient profiling for the client’s mechanism of action therapy.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and identify suitable patient profiles for treatment.
  • Serve as a scientific resource on multiple myeloma and the product portfolio.
  • Provide medical and scientific support to key stakeholders in your territory.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support strategic initiatives and local medical activities.
  • Focus on smaller hospitals and emerging centers of care across Catalonia, Aragon, and Northern Spain.


Candidate Profile


  • Scientific background (Pharmacist, Medical Biologist, or similar).
  • Proven therapeutic expertise in onco-hematology and established KOL relationships.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and resilient, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to manage territory responsibilities.
  • HCP- and patient-focused, with the ability to build trust and influence medical decisions.
  • Native or fluent Spanish, Catalan & English speaker.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory.
