Role Description

KECH Development is seeking a Real Estate Analyst Intern to join our Eixample, Barcelona office. This is a fully on-site internship (no remote or hybrid option), designed for university students who want hands-on experience in real estate analysis, valuation, and appraisal report writing within a professional private equity environment.

This role is ideal for students interested in real estate, finance, valuation, private equity, investment analysis, or related fields. Interns will gain practical experience in writing appraisal reports, conducting market research, and learning how to value properties, providing a strong foundation for future opportunities in private equity, real estate investment, valuation, and acquisitions.

This opportunity will begin as an academic credit internship and is intended to convert into a paid internship after 2 full months of training, based on performance and business needs.

Candidates must be based in Barcelona , Spain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and writing of appraisal and valuation reports
• Conduct market research, property analysis, and comparable sales and rental analysis
• Support the valuation of residential, commercial, and development properties
• Analyze financial, market, and property-level data to support investment decisions
• Assist with underwriting, research, and presentation materials for internal projects
• Document valuation methodologies, research findings, and analytical conclusions
• Collaborate with team members across valuation, investment, and development functions

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled university students eligible to receive academic credit
• Strong interest in real estate, valuation, finance, private equity, or investment analysis
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to learn
• Business-level English is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in the Barcelona office

Location: Eixample, Barcelona (on-site only)

Initial Compensation: Academic credit

Internship Progression: Intended to convert into a paid internship after 2 full months of training, based on performance and business needs

Schedule: Part-time
