We are a small but fast-growing Google Ads agency from the UAE, focused on helping e-commerce brands and drop shippers scale profitably. Our team values growth, ownership, and continuous learning. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated Google Ads Media Buyer who is eager to develop their skills and grow alongside us.

About the role

As a Google Ads Media Buyer, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns primarily for fashion-related dropshipping clients. You’ll be supported with clear SOPs, mentorship, and guidance to help you master the process. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to become an expert media buyer and grow into the role of project leader with other media buyers under you!

Key responsibilities

• Campaign management & optimisation
• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and retargeting.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make adjustments to improve ROAS and overall results.
• Conduct basic reporting, data analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
• Set up tracking and data collection using tools like WeTracked, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Triple Whale.
• Ensure accurate tracking for purchases, events, and attribution.

Client communication

• Provide two weekly client updates every Monday and Friday (written updates, with or without Loom videos if needed).
• Answer client questions and concerns promptly.
• Join client calls when needed; strong English and clear communication are essential.

Internal workflow collaboration

• Follow our SOPs for campaign setup and optimisation.
• Communicate with the team when support or guidance is needed.
• Be open to feedback and committed to improving your skills over time.
• Communications internally and with clients is trough Slack

What we are looking for

• Highly motivated individual who wants to grow and develop as a media buyer.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads is required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
• Comfortable working mainly during Amsterdam time (CET) between 9:00–17:00.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Interest in e-commerce and dropshipping is a plus.
