ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
Mission
To spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies that drive growth in distribution in the aquaculture division worldwide. This position will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, expanding our market presence, and leading a dynamic sales team to achieve ambitious sales target
Responsabilities
- Develop and implement a global sales strategy aligned with the CCO's and company overall business targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the fish aquaculture sector, increasing number of customers and developing the actual in the key markets. Fresh and frozen.
- Develop the B2B market.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative environment.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, monitoring performance and providing ongoing feedback.
- Coordination of commercial policies, promotions and commercial campaigns.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.Managing directly some key customers.
- Support the planning team on sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
Profile:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- MBA or Postgraduate studies such as Sales Strategy, Key Accounting, Sales Management, Marketing or International Trade are preferred
- 5 years of experience in sales & marketing in fresh products: aquaculture, fisheries, meat, groceries, perishable goods in general.Has led and succeeded in negotiations with clients, retailers and distributors
- Leading sales experienced teams
- Fluent in Spanish and English; French, Portuguese or German a plus.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP, CRM software.
- Strong understanding of Digital tools and their implementation and impact on a sales
organization.
- Strong leadership skills, outstanding people management and delegation
