Mission: Support Commodity Management / Buyer in the negotiation and acquisition contracts through administrative support or direct involvement. To manage the definition and guarantee the implementation of the contractual policy of purchases and associated contractual conditions of purchases, taking into account the contributions and results provided by the corresponding Commodity Management, as well as the Legal, Finance, Insurance and Export departments and the applicable regulations. Ensure the relevance, quality and consistency of contracts. Inputs: sales contracts, database of contracts, purchase contracts, national and international laws and regulations. Outputs: Ready-to-use availability, state-of-the-art purchasing contracts for Buyers, reflecting evolving legislation, industry practices and company requirements in standard contracts, conclusion of agreements according to company requirements. Identification of the key contractual content for top management, revision/validation, clarification of issues, prevention of litigation, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the business, contributing in the use of knowledge; enabling support functions to achieve their objectives, contributing to the management of the company's knowledge and personal development.".

Support new standard contracts integrating all relevant requirements (e. g. economic, commercial, technological, legal, risk). Checking and optimisation, development of existing standard contracts. preparation of the negotiation; drafting of contracts and execution of contract negotiations together with the buyers of the Commodities.
Advice to internal focal points on contractual implications of internal projects (improvement) (e. g. confidentiality or intellectual property aspects). Development of new and current trainings of Procurement Academy, coaching and training-on-the-job junior buyers in the areas of contracts and negotiations.
