Define squad composition and organizational setup together with Business Leads.

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.

Establish Engineering Agreements with the IT Management Team to ensure Time to Market, quality and adherence to the Definition of Done.

Design with a resilience-by-design mindset and proactively manage incidents to minimize downtime.

Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with cross-chapter technical communities.

Identify and address IT gaps, raising the level of maturity and quality of all assets.

People Development & Chapter Leadership

Lead a chapter of Software Engineers, fostering a safe, open, experimental and learning-oriented culture.

Ensure the professional development of each engineer, supporting their career path and technical growth.

Promote craftsmanship and high engineering standards, prioritizing quality over quantity.

Build motivated, skilled teams that share knowledge, lessons learned and best practices.

Budget, Stakeholder & Delivery Governance

Manage the assigned budget, maximizing its effectiveness.

Collaborate with Finance, vendors and other internal partners.

Be the right hand of your key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business evolution and technological transformation.

Ensure adherence to global standards, CIO strategy and domain-level objectives.

Identify synergies with other Chapter Leads and Tribes to improve efficiency and harmonization.

End-to-End Ownership within your Subdomain

Together with the IT Area Lead:

Execute the CIO strategy within your scope.

Promote end-to-end product ownership, from design to run.

Focus on both change and run efficiency to maintain a healthy and sustainable tech landscape.

Guarantee service levels across all environments for your assets.

Lead the transformation agenda relevant to your subdomain.
