Your role and work environment:

We are looking for Level 2 SOC Analyst at ING Hubs Spain.

SOC lv 2 team is responsible for security monitoring and analyzing various data to detect potential compromise attempts towards global ING environment. Our operations are part of the world wide projects focused on implementations of new IT security tools and global policies. We also create detection scenarios within several tools (SIEM, XDR, DLP etc.) and our activities are supported by advanced technologies for logs collecting and their correlations with Machine Learning algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log analysis and triage of security alerts,
• Communication with various teams (stakeholders, incident response etc.),
• Performing Quality Assurance / Assessment and White Noise reduction duties,
• Involvement in PoCs or PoV.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience in a similar position,
• Analytical skills and an eye for details,
• Very good knowledge of at least two listed areas of expertise: Windows, Linux, IDS, WAF, Proxy, NAC, IDS/IPS,
• Advance knowledge of computer networks and IT Security (OWASP TOP 10, MITRE),
• Experience with technologies like: SIEM, EDR, XDR, NDR, SSE, Public Cloud security,
• Experience with logs analysis and their correlation between platforms,
• The ability to cooperate as a team member and build relationship,
• English language skills - B2 level at least (day to day communication with peers and stakeholders),
• Master/ bachelor degree (IT profile).

It would be a big plus if you have:

• Cyber Security Certificates,
• Experience in more than two listed above technologies,
• Working on similar roles.
