Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Investment Content Strategy Expert to join our Content Strategy Team of Investments & Affluents Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to transform complex economic, market and investment products insights into clear, engaging and impact content that helps clients make informed financial decisions and advisors to be informed enough for guiding them

Your key responsibilities:

As an Investment content strategy Expert, you will:

• Design and coordinate the creation of non-commercial investment content to clients and other stakeholders, covering a wide range of topics, from explaining the macroeconomic context and what goes on in the financial markets, to showing how to better manage personal finances or explaining how different products work. Both for retail and private banking clients.
• Co-create or edit the materials (videos, articles, notes, audios…) that will reach our clients, ensuring the language remains clear and didactic. Align with the appropriate teams to have them edited and delivered to clients. Maintain a structured repository of all generated content.
• Collaborate closely with international teams (the Investment offices in The Netherlands and Belgium, mainly), participating in meetings and checking their content (to translate it if found useful).
• Keep track of all generated content, analyse the results of each action and evaluate potential improvements.
• Develop a good relationship with all the internal stakeholders: affluent advisors and other human channels, product strategy, marketing, customer interactions, digital, compliance, legal.
• Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Track the performance of each content piece and monitor engagement metrics across channels.

• Deep knowledge of economics trends, financial markets, and investment products.
• 3+ years of experience in investment / macro analysis, or financial content creation
• Spanish as a native tongue and full fluency in English (spoken and written, minimum C1).
• Excellent communication skills and pedagogical ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way, promoting investment discipline, diversification, and calm in the face of volatility.
• Ability to work in dynamic and collaborative team environments.
• Client-oriented mindset and flexibility to adapt to new products, processes, and international contexts.
• Critical and proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Additional Assets

Previous experience in international environments.

Up-to-date knowledge of relevant market topics: artificial intelligence, energy, cryptocurrencies, among others.

Experience using content management systems is appreciated

Experience in dealing with media is a plus
