ARGIS is a Madrid-based real estate investment manager focused on identifying and executing value-driven opportunities across the Spanish real estate market.

We are looking for a Real Estate Investment Associate / VP to join our investment team in Madrid. The selected candidate will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior team members in the sourcing, analysis and execution of real estate investments.

MISSION

Actively participate in and/or lead all phases of the investment lifecycle, including the identification and sourcing of opportunities, investment analysis, financial modelling, preparation of investment materials, execution of due diligence processes, negotiation, and the successful closing of transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Identifying and evaluating potential new investment opportunities
• Monitoring and analysing real estate market trends and dynamics
• Preparing investment business plans and strategic analyses
• Developing and maintaining detailed financial models to support investment decisions, as well as investment memoranda and supporting documentation, including presentations for investors and investment committees
• Supporting and coordinating transaction execution and closing processes including participating and leading in financial, legal, and technical due diligence processes
• Depending on seniority, to help coordinating the investment team

REQUIREMENTS

• 5–10 years of prior professional experience in investment banking, private equity or real estate funds
• Solid experience analysing and executing real estate investments end to end
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related business field
• Advanced financial modelling skills are essential, with the ability to build and analyse complex investment models independently
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, both written and spoken
