Position Summary.
To lead the execution of the Merchandising team’s strategy across liquidation channels with a primary focus on the Outlet business. The Specialist ensures that product assortments, pricing, and commercial actions are implemented accurately to maximize sales and minimize inventory levels through accurate information management, effective communication and operational excellence.
Responsibilities.
- Define the optimal product assortment for each store at every stage of the season.
- Maximize profitability by managing the product life cycle and ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Define pricing by option, ensuring a broad and competitive price range.
- Lead the operational process of sorting and grading liquidation stock.
- Generate and analyze sell-out product reports.
- Define, implement, and follow up on the seasonal changeover calendar.
- Set up store displays by store and size, based on sales forecasts.
- Define, implement, and follow up on the Commercial Calendar.
- Analyze weekly store KPIs to identify needs for additional promotions, price adjustments, or assortment changes.
- Align brand campaigns and promotions with the mall’s commercial calendar.
- Propose and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
Required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in merchandising or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of merchandising and inventory management practices.
