Regulatory and Documentation Support Specialist

At Revlon, a leading multinational beauty company, we’re hiring a Regulatory & Documentation Support Specialist for a temporary contract.


We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional to provide global technical and documentation support across EMEA markets, with a strong focus on product registrations and document management. This role offers exposure to international regulatory processes within a fast-paced consumer goods environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, compile, and review product documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage regulatory documentation using SharePoint, SAP, and Excel, including uploading, organizing, and maintaining records within the registration repository.
  • Implement and maintain electronic document processing, retrieval, and distribution systems.
  • Communicate with local, national, and international regulatory and governmental authorities to obtain certificates, notarization, consularization, and legalization as required.
  • Support export shipment documentation and perform online product notifications.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the Manager, highlighting any risks or issues related to documentation management or product notifications.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Support departmental activities and perform additional duties as required by business needs.


Education & Experience

  • Professional qualification or coursework in documentation, regulatory affairs, chemistry, or a related field.
  • No prior experience required, making this an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and proactive, with strong planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment and collaborating across teams.
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
