Sales assistant

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant has the role to maximize the achievement of the store target by building an excellent relationship with the customers, giving a unique experience. The Sales assistant is an essential part of the retail function, by supporting the day-to-day activities of their team and store.

Your mission and functions will be:

Selling skills

· Welcoming the customers, and assist them throughout the entire sales process

· Provide personalized advice and drive sales according to the customer’s needs

· Be able to build customer loyalty by giving them a personalized experience and taking care of the relationship

· Be a brand ambassador and embrace the brand selling ceremony

· Be part of targeting the ZV objectives and meeting store KPIs,

· Having a, excellent product knowledge (current collection, materials, colors, prices…)

· Always make sure to be aware of the last fashion trends and the competitors

· Be able to come up with new ideas to increase sales and provide better customer service.

Daily tasks linked to life store

· Drive sales: operating till system, take and process payments

· Follow company policy and procedure

· Handle the different requests of the customers including exchanges, credit notes and holds

· Ensure and maintain the organization and visual display of the store to provide a nice selling environment with high luxury standards

· Ensure the shop floor and stockroom basics are maintained in a clean and tidy condition

· Develop good relations with you team and with the other stores.

· Execute the loss prevention procedure and conducts regular inventories

· Contribute to build team working sharing information and best practices.

· Having a know how of customer service, meeting their requests and going beyond them.

· Make daily use of the tools of the store and the brand.

· Be involved in communications, keep abreast of all changes and innovations.

Profile

• Experience: 2-5 years as sales assistant in fashion brand
• Business driven
• Excellent communication with a strong customer service mindset
• Team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible according to the working hours and being proactive regarding the type of situation faced
• Market and product knowledge passion, interest in luxury/fashion, art and design
• Fluent in English, other languages desirable
