Positions open for our offices located in Fuengirola, Nerja, and Estepona. As well Costa Blanca, Orihuela Costa.

*IMPORTANT

You must have experience working with international buyers from Northern Europe (Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, or the UK).

We work with a large base of international buyers from Northern Europe and United States, and we welcome agents who already have connections with clients looking to purchase property on the Costa del Sol.

Agents with an existing international client network or relocation industry experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Must-have qualifications

• Proven knowledge of real estate and real estate new developments

• Experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or property advisory

• 1+ years of experience in the real estate industry minimum to be considered

• Must be currently located within commuting distance of Costa del Sol (Andalusia, Spain) — including Estepona, Marbella, Fuengirola, Málaga, or Nerja.

Preferred qualifications

• Excellent customer service and client relationship skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

• Knowledge of the Costa del Sol real estate market and local property regulations

• Fluency in professional English required!

• Additional languages highly valued: Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Danish, German, or French, Spanish.

• Experience working in property sales, real estate consulting, or investment advisory

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process with professionalism and care

• List properties and conduct property viewings with clients

• Present and promote exclusive new developments and premium properties

• Collaborate with a multi-office, multilingual team covering the entire coast

• Build strong relationships based on integrity, expertise, and service

• Represent Propertissimo with pride — in property viewings, online, and in every client interaction
