Hays Technology is the IT Consulting Line of the HAYS Group collaborating with leading companies in the pharmaceutical industry.

We are looking for a profiles Contract Support – Legal Affairs one focus on Paralegal and other Law Admin for its Contract Centre of Excellence team, executing centralised contract management within the established deadlines and coordinating contract-related communication with internal and external customers. In addition, you will be the contact person for all matters related to cooperation with HCPs, HCOs and patients, acting as a point of reference for contractual and healthcare compliance issues.

What would your duties be?

• Support in the preparation of contracts and/or modifications proposed by entities or service providers.

• Collection of all necessary information.

• Interaction and dialogue with Legal and Compliance in the definition of the contract.

• Administrative management.

• Dialogue with the different areas to ensure the correct execution of CoEC procedures with them.

What are the requirements?

• Paralegal Profile with Bachelor Degree in Law. Lawyer with at least 1 years of experience in commercial law (contracts) ideal.

• Admin Profile: Experience in a law firm as an administrative assistant.

• Person with very good communication skills and accustomed to working with other departments and businesses.

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector desirable.

• High level of English, minimum C1.
