Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Assistant located in the Greater Marbella Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include conducting routine property maintenance, responding to repair requests, and assisting with the upkeep of holiday rental properties. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining property functionality and appearance, ensuring a high standard for guests. Flexibility is needed to address occasional urgent or time-sensitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry
• Knowledge of proper use of tools and equipment required for property maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with property management and guests
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends or holidays as required
• Basic understanding of health and safety standards in property maintenance
• Previous experience in the hospitality or property management industry is a plus
• Ability to speak Spanish and English is advantageous

This could very well turn into a full time role during high season
