For our Barcelona office we are searching for a Business Developer Intern to join the Worldwide and Development department to contribute on growing our indirect global network.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Give support on the presentation of the MBE business opportunity to potential Master Franchisees.
• Assist in negotiating agreement with suppliers.
• Provide operational support on the start-up operations of new Master Franchisees.
• Provide continuous support to the existing Master franchisee community.
• Manage and maintain the MBE guidelines and strategies to ensure product and service standards.
• Support the organization and coordination of company events, international meetings and conventions.
• Assist with the translation and proofread the materials in Turkish and occasionally serve as interpreter during the meetings.

Requirements:

• Be eligible for an internship is mandatory.
• Studies in Business Administration or a similar field.
• Hold and European working permit is mandatory.
• Written and spoken English and Turkish; other languages are favorable (German/Spanish).
• Solid communication skills, ambitious and able to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Good proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite and other business productivity software.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, strong familiarity and adeptness for analyzing data and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important matters
• People-driven attitude and team orientation with the ability to nurture team spirit.
• Willingness to be inquisitive, explore and learn.
