Distribution Analyst – 6-Month Contract

Salary: €40,000 gross annual

We are currently looking for a Distribution Analyst to join a leading multinational company based in Sant Joan Despí. This is a 6-month temporary contract offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a global, fast-paced logistics environment.

About the Role

As a Distribution Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting regional freight and warehousing operations, driving data analysis, monitoring KPIs, and contributing to strategic logistics decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage freight and warehousing costing and settlement processes in the region.
• Maintain transport plans and tariff templates within TMS systems.
• Monitor carrier performance and transport plan effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and analytics for transport tenders, network reviews, and footprint changes.
• Track and report on service and cost KPIs across geographies and business units.
• Act as Key User for Power BI applications within the distribution function.
• Conduct root cause analysis on service or cost deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Support logistics projects by gathering, analyzing, and processing operational data sets.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced data handling skills.
• Experience with TMS systems and reporting tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Ability to work in a structured, multinational environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven profile.
