Micasamo Realty is an international real estate brokerage based in Murcia, working with British, European and US buyers across the Mediterranean market. With a reputation for professionalism, structured growth and long-term brand building, we are now entering our next expansion phase, with multiple new offices planned over the next five years.

To support that growth, we are hiring a Junior Operations & Finance Executive to work directly with our Operations Manager and help strengthen the systems behind the business.

This is not a routine admin role. It is a hands-on operational position with real responsibility and clear progression potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial administration and internal reporting

• Operational compliance and process management

• KPI tracking across offices

• Performance reporting and data accuracy

• Supporting structured office expansion

Candidate Profile:

• English as a first language (preferred)

• Conversational Spanish

• Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills (essential)

• Experience with accounting platforms such as Odoo, Xero or QuickBooks advantageous

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Commercial mindset and ambition to grow

We are looking for someone who wants to build a career inside a growing international real estate business — not someone looking for a quiet, maintenance role.

Salary: €25,000–€28,000 gross per year (depending on experience)

• Formal review after 12 months.
