We are currently looking for bright, highly motivated and talented graduates in Spain as part of our expansion into the region, with the drive to develop their skills and start a career in Project Management. Candidates should be passionate about technology, a confident communicator and
be keen to use analytical methods and approaches.
FDM's unique combination of fully-funded training and commercial experience will fast-track your career progression into roles in Scrum Master / Project Management. You will be trained in process driven methodologies such as PRINCE2 and managing projects through SCRUM and Agile environments. Gain an understanding of the full project lifecycle, stakeholder management and analysis. You will develop upon your problem solving and decision making skills. Learn to handle risk management and analysis, as well as writing efficient reports.
Once trained, our Project Managers will work for the duration of two years the professional FDM consultants on client site in Madrid within a global aviation organization with deep ties in Spain. You will participate in exciting projects across a range of operational and business processes and working within an agile environment.
