What is nazaríes intelligenia?
nazaríes intelligenia is a Spanish company focused on the development and service of software products. Its three lines of business help our clients to have a long term technological partner.
From the engineering division we improve and develop the software products used by thousands of people, from the customer success division we accompany the clients who must use these products, which includes the implementation of solutions, translation and technical support, and with all this knowledge we develop the third division, which consists of our own product on industry 4.0 to capture, store, work and visualize the data of any physical device, mainly focused on the industrial world and with special emphasis on the agro-industry.

We are looking for a Spanish and French speaking technical support agent to provide expertise service for IT project based in Granada. (A medium level of English is assumed).
What will your responsibilities be?
- Providing Customer Support services to customers by telephone, or e-mail providing a satisfactory solution to the customer’s inquiry and to exceed his/her expectations in doing this.
- Working together with international teams to constantly keep your knowledge up-to-date.
- Making sure that the customer is satisfied with the whole customer service experience, every time.
- Research, diagnose, record, and analyse Customer issues with accurate solutions.
- Have high speed Interactions with Development Team
- Work closely with Level 2 Support Team.
What requirements do we seek?
- You are fluent in French (English assumed), speaking and writing.
- You have experience in technical support (it´s a big plus!)
- You have existing knowledge of hardware, networking, routers and mobile devices.
- An IT – or other relevant technical education is a big plus.
- You are a quick learner, and are open to working with new technologies and products.
- You are flexible, a strong communicator, good at multitasking and problem solving.
- You are available for a long term position.
