Fluent in Dutch is preferred.

What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles across Europe from intake to offer.
Partner with Sales leaders to define scorecards, interview loops, and SLAs, ensuring alignment and quality.
Build personal-based sourcing plans and collaborate with Employer Branding to craft targeted messaging.
Champion candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a high standard of engagement.
Leverage automation and TA tools (e.g. Greenhouse and Looker) to improve efficiency and consistency.
Drive weekly funnel reviews, highlight insights, and partner with stakeholders to remove blockers.

You’ll Be Great for This Role If You

Bring hands-on experience in high-volume Sales recruitment, ideally across multiple European markets.
Have a proven track record in structured hiring (scorecards, interviewer training, data-driven decision-making).
Excel at building relationships with stakeholders and influencing hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
Use data and insights to guide hiring strategy and continuously improve funnel performance.
Have strong communication and prioritisation skills, thriving in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Are naturally curious, proactive, and motivated by creating great candidate and stakeholder experiences
