Join Our Global Technology Company – Junior Customer Service Executive (Procurement)
We are a Global Technology company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Operations Department as a Junior Customer Service Executive (Procurement). In this role, you will support procurement and supplier management processes while ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
This position plays a key role in maintaining supplier performance, optimizing purchasing processes, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be acquired.
- Prepare purchasing plans for equipment, services, and supplies.
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitiveness.
- Maintain and update supplier information, including ratings, lead times, product ranges, and performance indicators.
- Prepare budgets, cost analysis, and procurement reports.
- Monitor supplier stock levels and delivery performance.
- Verify purchases against customer requirements and operational needs.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Manage and control documentation within and across departments.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments and sub-departments.
- Ensure compliance with VALID’s policies, quality standards, and workplace guidelines.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements in production-related processes.
- Act as the main point of contact with suppliers to improve processes and resolve incidents.
Education & Experience:
- Higher Vocational Training diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Customer Service, or related operational roles is a plus.
- Experience in Administrative processes, supplier management and cost analysis is desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision platform is a plus.
- A good english level is a plus.

Contract Type:
- Temporary contract for 2–3 months, covering a medical leave replacement.
- However, future permanent opportunities may be considered, depending on performance and organizational needs.
