About the role


Responsibilities


  • Own and prioritize the content calendar based on product launches, SEO opportunities, growth priorities, and overall business goals.
  • Write and publish high-quality content across formats, including landing pages, blog articles, LinkedIn posts, case studies, long-form research pieces, emails, and product-related content.
  • Work closely with the Growth team to improve landing page performance, optimize sign-up flows, and continuously refine messaging for clarity and conversion.
  • Repurpose core content into multiple formats and distribution channels, such as turning research or product content into email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and sales enablement materials.
  • Create content that supports Business Development, including one-pagers, FAQs, case studies, and objection-handling documents.
  • Support executive positioning and thought leadership by developing strategic content angles, articles, and narratives when needed.
  • Develop and document messaging frameworks and content guidelines to ensure consistency as the company scales.


Requirements


  • 3–5 years of content experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, or payments, preferably in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Exceptional English writing skills (native or near-native) with the ability to turn complex technical and financial topics into clear, engaging, high-conversion content.
  • Strong, hands-on SEO expertise with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and conversions.
  • Understanding of AI-driven search and experience optimizing for both traditional SEO and AI-powered discovery (LLMs, generative search, AI summaries).
  • Practical experience using AI tools for research, drafting, and optimization — with the judgment to elevate AI outputs into sharp, brand-aligned content.
  • Strong ownership mindset: you ship fast, track performance, and continuously improve based on data.
  • Comfortable in high-pressure startup environments with shifting priorities and ambitious growth targets.
  • Curious and proactive, staying ahead of industry trends, AI developments, and competitor positioning.
