We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ticket Procurement Assistant to support our Sports Event Management team across European football and major sporting events.

• Supporting ticket procurement activities, including speculative buying and high-demand ticket releases.
• Managing inventory listings, pricing updates, and stock liquidation on event days.
• Conducting research on football and major sporting events, analyzing market trends and fan demand to support strategic purchasing and pricing decisions.
• Creating, maintaining, and quality-checking events across the TTM marketplace and external platforms.
• Assisting with last-minute ticket sourcing to fulfill urgent orders.
• Providing operational support during EU onsales and key event launches.
• Handling internal queries and supporting team members with day-to-day operational issues.
• Contributing to strategic and pricing-related tasks as required.

THE CANDIDATE

• Able to work independently at a high level, while also seamlessly collaborating with the EU team to provide in-house support.
• You will have some knowledge of major sporting events
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to think quickly and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues using a trial-and-error approach.
• Capable of working accurately and precisely in time-sensitive situations.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong technical skills and confidence working with laptops and digital tools.
