Role Objective

We are currently looking for a motivated Operations Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will support operational coordination between the warehouse and sales teams, ensuring accurate inventory management, clear communication of operational issues, and the efficient organization of daily activities. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth logistics processes and contributing to the overall efficiency and continuity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate information flow and daily activities between warehouse and sales teams.
• Monitor and update inventory records.
• Detect and report operational issues (shortages, discrepancies, delays, returns, etc.).
• Share and follow up on the warehouse’s daily work plan.
• Coordinate customer pickups and deliveries.
• Prepare operational reports and databases in Excel.
• Maintain organized and updated logistics records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Academic Background

• Current student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Skills & Competencies

Required / Strongly Preferred:

• Mandatory: Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university or master’s program.
• Professional-level English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills (tables, basic formulas, data tracking).
• Clear communication and teamwork mindset.
• Proactive attitude, sense of urgency, and analytical thinking.
