Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced TPS Supervisor to manage and optimise global TPS (payments) operations. This role leads a team of 7 FTEs in Palma, requires 3+ years of team management experience, and provides international operational support. You will work closely with teams in Thailand and Palma, ensuring operational stability, strong risk controls, and accurate reconciliations. Success requires excellent communication skills, the ability to integrate partners and stakeholders, and strong knowledge of TPS and P2P processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the 7‑person TPS team, ensuring strong performance and collaboration.
- Oversee global TPS payments ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Support Thailand and Palma teams across all payment workflows.
- Strengthen controls, ensure operational stability, and manage reconciliations.
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
- Act as the primary contact for all TPS operational matters.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years team management experience, ideally in an international environment.
- Proven experience managing teams of 7+ people.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑integration skills.
- Solid knowledge of TPS procedures and P2P processes.
- Strong MS Office skills and hands‑on SAP experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance within the travel industry.
- Track record of driving process improvements.
- English language is essential
