Position Overview

We are looking for an intern to support the Asset Management team in the techno-economic management of renewable energy assets, projects, investments (mainly Solar PV, Wind, BESS, biomass and biomethane). The intern will help with analysis, reporting, and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support operational monitoring of assets/projects/investments: KPIs, production, availability, incidents, and action plans.
• Coordinate information with service providers (developers, advisors, EPC contractors, O&M providers) and support meetings (minutes, action plans, follow-up on agreements).
• Prepare and maintain internal and investor reporting (monthly/quarterly): dashboards, tables, and executive summaries.
• Support document review: PLAs, DSA agreements, EPC/O&M contracts, technical reports, and checklists.
• Participate in performance analysis (benchmarks vs budget/P50/P90, PR, losses, etc.) and improvement proposals.
• Assist with Excel-based models and analyses (simple sensitivities and validation of technical inputs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Energy, Electrical, Civil) or similar.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas; Power Query/Power BI is a plus), PVSyst, and AutoCAD.
• Genuine interest in renewable energy, infrastructure projects, and project finance.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Solar PV (PR, losses, SCADA, irradiance) or previous internship experience is highly valued.
• Full proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Location: Madrid.
• Start date: Q1 2026.
