AMS Business Quality Operations Specialist – International Telco

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for cybersecurity compliance and business operations?

Eurfirms Services is looking for an AMS Business Quality Operations Specialist to join the Network Operations Center (NOC) of a world-leading International Telecommunications company.

Based in our Madrid offices (Las Tablas), you will be the bridge between technical excellence and operational compliance, ensuring our cybersecurity standards meet the highest industry benchmarks.

Description of AMS Business Quality Operations Work Content:

1. Monthly Network Security Report: Collect, organize, and produce monthly cybersecurity reports to support the business compliance operations of the department.
2. AMS Operation Compliance Management: Conduct routine internal audits to ensure compliance in AMS business operations and AMS industry business operations.
3. Identify and resolve potential issues: Regularly identify cybersecurity compliance issues and risks, raise concerns in a timely manner, and organize resources to resolve them.
4. Daily task management: Routinely collect and organize the progress of daily cybersecurity compliance tasks and metrics, identify abnormal metrics, and organize improvements.
5. Collaborate with the cybersecurity Officer to routinely review compliance risks in the work environment, such as account compliance, virus scanning, customer authorization, etc.
6. Other tasks—including but not limited to departmental assignments as needed for work, such as meeting organization, material preparation, process optimization, asset inventory, internal control, team atmosphere building, etc.

Requirements:

• Language Mastery: Fluency in Chinese, English, and Spanish (all three are essential for daily business operations).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Tech, Business, or Engineering).
• Experience: Previous experience in technical environments or NOC operations is highly valued to better understand the core business.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, audit-oriented, and excellent organizational skills.

Conditions:

• Permanent contract through Eurofims Services.
• Hours: 9:30 a.m. To 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. To 6:30 p.m. On work days.
• Location: Las Tablas (Madrid). On-site, 28050 Madrid

• Salary range: €45,000 to €50,000 gross per annum (depending on experience).
