Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Technical Trainer with a strong focus on M365 Copilot to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality learning content and experiences that accelerate digital upskilling across the global organisation. You will work closely with the Digital Learning Program Manager, SMEs, and instructional designers to shape practical, scenario‑based training that empowers colleagues to confidently adopt Microsoft 365 tools, especially Copilot.
Key Responsibilities:
Content creation:
- Develop engaging training materials, including guides, walkthroughs, demos, and interactive activities - for Microsoft 365 applications.
- Build eLearning modules and digital learning resources following established design and production processes in collaboration with Instructional Dessign.
- Review, update, and improve existing training materials to reflect new Microsoft 365 features, best practices, and organisational priorities.
- Monitor course engagement, completion rates, and learner feedback to make evidence‑led improvements.
- Share progress and updates with learning stakeholders during regular community or team touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft roadmap updates, Office 365 release notes, and industry learning trends.
- Work with the Program Manager to maintain a forward‑looking training calendar.
Training facilitation:
- Facilitating (global) training sessions either in classroom sessions or via remote delivery (Webinars)
- Supporting and collaborating with external providers to support scaling of M365 Copilot adoption and training through online and in-person workshops in Copilot basics, adoption of use-cases, training ambassadors in Copilot, and usage of Copilot studio “full”.
- Deliver global training sessions - virtually and in‑person - covering Microsoft 365 applications (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, OneNote, Loop), and digital productivity best practices to support a strong level of digital literacy among users.
- Preparing co-facilitators that are not trainers themselves to co-deliver (briefing sessions, practice sessions, etc)
- Creating videos and/or audio segments, where relevant, to demonstrate processes or use of specific Microsoft tools or functionality
- Monitoring and analysing the feedback received on the delivered training
Qualifications:
We are looking for an engaging and innovative M365 trainer, with experience in delivering/facilitating technical training programmes to a large audience. The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as able to work professionally and collaboratively as part of a wider team, spanning different cultures.
This person should have:
- Expert across the M365 suite, in particular including: Copilot, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Loop
- Strong interest in Learning & Development (L&D), experience in delivering/facilitating technical training programs.
- Experience with training people with a financial services or professional services background
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as able to work professionally and collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships and to work effectively in a team
- Ability to communicate very confidently and effectively in English, both in written and verbal form
- Innovative and creative approach towards new challenges
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively
- A second language would be beneficial but not essential (French, Spanish, German…)
- Able to travel occasionally to team meetings and to support training delivery and/ or workshops across the world.
