Your Role: You will provide high-touch, "concierge-level" support that blends business operations with lifestyle management:

• Market Ambassadorship: Act as the face of PACO, navigating local social codes to build trust with affluent professionals and busy parents.
• Advanced Calendar & Lifestyle Logistics: Managing complex schedules that involve both corporate boardrooms and family relocations.
• Research & Relocation: Serving as the local expert for home management, school enrollments, and Spanish services.
• Efficiency Operations: Using AI and tools like Notion/Trello to streamline workflows.

Who We’re Looking For:

• The "Castizo" Advantage: Born and bred in Madrid with an intuitive understanding of the city.
• The Multilingual Pro: Native Spanish and fluent English are mandatory. (Portuguese is a plus)
