Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lawyer based in Barcelona, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients, drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, and conducting in-depth research on immigration laws and policies. The candidate will also coordinate with international stakeholders, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and assist clients through the entire citizenship application process.

Qualifications

• Strong legal expertise in Immigration Law, Citizenship by Investment, and International Law
• Proven skills in Research, Legal Writing, and reviewing legal documents
• Ability to provide informed legal counsel and risk assessments
• Client-focused approach and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in additional languages is an asset
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and time management abilities
• Law degree and valid license to practice law in Spain or relevant jurisdiction
