Office Assistant

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join an international, fast-growing digital and technology-driven company. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting internal teams, and contributing to a dynamic and collaborative working environment.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team where proactivity, flexibility and teamwork are essential, and where every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and provide front-desk reception support.
  • Coordinate logistical support for corporate events and internal activities.
  • Assist with company vehicle administration and occasional driving when required.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth internal operations.
  • Support general office organization, including supplies and facility management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving license (B) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Gmail is a plus.
  • Advanced Spanish and intermediate English.
  • Proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, with minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
