Real Estate Sales Agent (Client Relations)

We are hiring!

At Axarquía Properties, a leading real estate agency on the Costa del Sol, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our international team.

You will represent our portfolio of properties across the Axarquía region and assist international clients in buying and selling homes.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell properties in the Axarquía area
• Manage leads and follow up with clients in person, by phone, and online
• Organize and conduct property viewings
• Support clients throughout the purchase process with professionalism and care
• Coordinate with the office team and marketing department

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages such as German, Dutch, or French are a big plus)
• Based near Málaga, and have knowledge of the Axarquia area and Costa del Sol.
• Valid driver’s license and own car (essential)
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, organized, and proactive personality
