H&M RETAIL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The H&M Retail Leadership program is a remunerated 18 month development program with the goal to recruit and train our future H&M Area Managers.
 
WHAT WILL YOU DO DURING THIS PROGRAM?
  • H&M Retail Leadership program is an 18 month development program with the goal of providing you a path to a leadership role at H&M.
  • You will pass through different functional areas from Sales Advisor to Area Manager and achieve an understanding of the key roles within Retail.
  • As a member of the program, you will be part be assigned to a set of trainings, building expertise and leadership skills.
  • You will collaborate with our cross functional teams, while making a real impact on our profit and results.
  • You will develop a project throughout the program and contribute actively to our business and grow.

  • You have customer focus and passion for business (you always put the customer at the centre of your decisions, take responsible actions and seek business opportunities for the company).
  • You have natural leadership skills and will grow this within H&M (you can communicate clearly in an inspiring way, you lead by example and with integrity, as well as with vision).
  • You love people and are driven by managing teams (your team is your priority, you challenge and actively support others to develop and become motivated to achieve their best).
  • You are a team player with an open mind (you enjoy teamwork and encourage your team to try new things).
  • You have an analytical & strategical mindset
  • You have an entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude (you develop smart solutions, improve efficiency and develop yourself as well as the company)
  • You love fashion
  • You have a degree or Master degree in any field of studies (it’s more important who you are then what you have studied).
  • You have almost 2 years of experience in team management, preferably within retail but all sectors are accepted (it’s more important who you are then where you have worked).
  • You are fluent in English (B2 or higher CEF).
  • You are available for national & international opportunities
