Dynatrace Administrator (f/m) (100% remote)

From SOLUTIO, we are seeking to recruit a Dynatrace Specialist (f/m) to manage, operate, and continuously improve our customer observability platform in complex enterprise environments. The role focuses on monitoring, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and automation using Dynatrace, working closely with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of services. The modality of work is 100% remote.

Which would be the key responsibilities?

• Administer and maintain the Dynatrace SaaS platform.

• Implement, configure, and manage OneAgent, ActiveGate, and extensions in on-premises and cloud environments.

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, services, and end-user experience using Dynatrace.

• Analyze performance issues using PurePath, service flow, and multidimensional analysis.

• Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, and management zones aligned with operational and business needs.

• Configure anomaly detection, problem notifications, and integrations with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira).

• Support incident and problem management through root cause analysis (RCA).

• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and development teams to improve observability and service reliability.

• Support Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and cloud-native architectures.

• Ensure compliance with monitoring best practices, standards, and documentation.

Which would be the required skills and qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace (OneAgent, ActiveGate, dashboards, alerts).

• Solid understanding of application performance monitoring (APM) concepts.

• Experience monitoring Windows and Linux environments.

• Knowledge of web applications, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container platforms (EKS, AKS, OpenShift, etc.).

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS).

• Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and traces to identify performance issues.

• Previous experience working in operations, SRE, or DevOps teams.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Which would be the preferred qualifications?

• Dynatrace certifications (Associate, Professional, or Specialist).

• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Knowledge of other observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).

• Experience integrating Dynatrace with alerting and incident management platforms.

• Experience in large enterprise or multi-cloud environments.
