Customer Service Specialist (French & English) – Industrial Sector 

We are recruiting a Customer Service Specialist for a medium sized industrial company, nationally based and operating in international markets. The position is located in Sant Cugat del Vallès and offers a stable role in a family-owned company with an excellent working environment. 

Your main responsibilities: 

• Order management from receipt to delivery
•  Follow-up of shipments and delivery dates 
• Handling customer incidents and claims 
• Coordination with factory and logistics teams 
• Daily contact with customers in French and Spanish 
• Collaboration with Sales, including a supportive commercial component 

Your profile: 

• +3 years of experience in Customer Service (industrial sector is a plus) 
• Fluent French and English – both mandatory 
• Other languages will be valued 
• Highly organized, responsible and customer-oriented 
• Strong communication skills and high adaptability 
• Comfortable working in an international environment
