EMPLOYMENT LAWYER FOR OUR HR DEPARTMENT

Our Employee Relations team is looking for a new member, are you our new talented ER lawyer?

With more than 6000 employees, our HR Department in H&M Spain and Portugal has the best of responsibilities to reach the great satisfaction of all our colleagues within the organization together with the rest of the HR Department.

WHAT?

• Ensure the company is compliant with all local legislation regarding employee working conditions.
• Ensure and follow legal requirements and H&M policies.
• Maintain relations with worker’s associations and unions.
• Support management to handle and prevent employee issues.
• Be informed on all external issues connected to the overall responsibility.
• Being a business partner to the organization participating actively with ideas to enhance the customer experience.
• Actively work in line with our brand and our Values within all ER focus areas to achieve the business goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.

• Extensive experience working with Unions and worker’s representatives is required.

• Law degree (Employment Law Master or similar is valued).

• Willing to travel 60% of the week.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Excellent level in Microsoft office - Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

• Open to new future professional experiences on a global level.
