Marbella Hills Homes is a boutique real estate agency specializing in quality residential properties on the Costa del Sol.

We are currently looking for a bilingual Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant (English & French) to join our team in Marbella, as an independent collaborator (autónomo).

Your Role

• Prospect and acquire new properties (exclusive & non-exclusive listings)
• Advise international buyers and sellers throughout the full sales process
• Organize and conduct property visits
• Negotiate offers and follow up clients with professionalism
• Work autonomously while respecting the agency’s standards and processes

Your Profile

• Fluent English & French (Spanish is a strong plus)
• Previous experience in real estate or high-end sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Already autonomous or willing to work as freelance / autónomo in Spain
• Based in Marbella or willing to relocate
