Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Receptionist at Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments in Barcelona, Spain. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Administrative skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in multiple languages, especially English and Spanish
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
• Able to start immediately and willing to work on rotational schedule
• This role is primarily scheduled 9am to 5pm including weekend shifts
