The role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. This role is critical to ensuring efficient and effective inventory planning, balancing product availability with cost optimization while maximizing service levels.

The Supply Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and demand forecasts to support informed planning decisions
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate supply chain operations
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions
• Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, supply chain performance, and key metrics
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (ERP and planning systems like SAP, APO, OMP, Kinaxis, etc.)
• Experience in FMCG, retail, fashion, or manufacturing environments
• Advanced level of English and Spanish
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
